VPAT-based Accessibility Conformance Reports

Who it is for

• Software and SaaS teams selling to government, universities and large organisations that ask for an Accessibility Conformance Report.

What we need from you

• Access to the product, such as a test account.
• The scope: which parts of the product, documentation and support are included.
• The VPAT® edition the buyer asks for: WCAG, Section 508, EU (EN 301 549) or International.

Work included

• Testing of the in-scope product against the criteria in the chosen edition.
• An ACR written on the ITI VPAT® 2.5 template, with a conformance level and remarks for each criterion.

Deliverables

• The completed ACR, with the product version and testing date it applies to.

Testing approach

• Manual testing, including keyboard and screen-reader checks, supported by automated scanning of the in-scope product.

Automated tools find only part of the barriers WCAG covers, so every delivery also includes the manual review listed above.

Starting price

From $950 / product. Per product. Larger or multi-platform products are quoted after scoping.

Standard delivery is the listed price. Express (+25%) and Overnight (+50%) are available only where shown under delivery options, subject to confirmed scope and availability.

Not included

• Certification. ITI does not certify products, and an ACR is a statement about a tested version on a tested date.
• Fixing the issues found (available as Code fixes).
• Express and Overnight timelines; ACR timelines are agreed in the quote.
