The terms below apply to every job. Anything specific to a project, such as branding files or a reporting format, is agreed in the quote.
Agency-branded deliverables
Reports, statements and summaries carry your logo, colours and contact details. Send your brand assets once and we reuse them.
Communication through your agency
We talk to you, not your client. We never contact your clients unless you ask us to.
Defined scope and handoff
Each job starts with a written scope: files or pages, standard, deliverables and price. It ends with the files, a report and next steps for your team.
Agreed timelines
Deadlines are agreed in writing before work starts. Express and Overnight options depend on confirmed scope and availability.
Confidentiality
Files and information are used only to do the work. NDA on request. Projects can be referenced by a project code instead of your client’s name.

Free PDF test
Send up to 10 PDF pages. Eligibility is confirmed by email; then we remediate and test them with a report so you can judge the work.
Brand and scope
Share your brand assets and the first client job. We send a written scope and fixed price.
Work and testing
We remediate and test to the agreed standard and record the methods and date.
Handoff
You receive branded files and a report to pass to your client. Corrections within scope are free for 30 days.

| Corrections | Anything we missed within the agreed scope, fixed free of charge if you tell us within 30 days of delivery. |
| Live sites | We do not change live client websites. Code is delivered for staging or as recommendations. |
| Legal | Technical remediation and testing only. Not legal advice, and no guarantee of legal compliance. |
